Business Development
Haven Ventures offers hands on advice and support through a core network of independent associates, seasoned by real experience of both the ups and the downs of venture development in our target sectors. We offer practical advice, based on first hand experience, access to finance and hands-on support at the critical stages of business development and exit.
This includes both advice and help in implementation in development of sales, marketing, finance for new ventures, or growth in existing ventures through new products, markets, channels & partnerships, mergers & acquisitions & trade sale. We also work for a small number of partner investors identifying, qualifying and developing investment opportunities in exceptional projects and particularly the emerging markets of Latin America.
Turnaround
Haven Ventures can assist businesses in difficulty, or which lack growth; helping to identify and implement strategies to stabilise and recover profitable growth.
Investment
In many cases business development also involves access to finance through our network of partner investors, based mainly in London, with whom we have worked on transactions from US$ 100,000 to over US$ 250 million.
In Latin America we partner three private equity providers, who can offer equity finance typically in the range US$ 10-50 million, and through one of them can channel 3-10 year loans from a panel of Swiss banks for values from US$ 15 - 500 million.
We are currently also raising private equity funds for key sectors in the Latin American emerging markets
